  • Verify systems meet design intent through FAT, SAT and on-site testing.
  • Assist in developing commissioning documentation, including plans, ITPs, test sheets and handover documentation.
  • Work closely with design, project delivery teams, subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth commissioning outcomes.
  • Identify defects, troubleshoot issues and support root cause analysis and system optimisation.
  • Contribute to design reviews to ensure systems are practical, operable and commissioning-ready.
  • Ensure all commissioning activities are carried out safely and in line with H&S, environmental and regulatory requirements.
  • Support operator training, handover, and ongoing optimisation of commissioned plants.

  • Are confident working across both site and office environments.
  • Have strong problem-solving, communication, and technical reporting skills.
  • Are self-motivated, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Are open to travel and enjoy working on varied projects across NZ.
