Warehouse and Logistics Coordinator, Waikato

As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a practical Warehouse & Logistics Coordinator to support our Hamilton operations.
About the role
This is a hands-on and varied position combining warehouse operations, freight coordination, inventory management and office administration. You will play an important role in keeping our Hamilton warehouse and office running efficiently while supporting project teams across the Waikato.
· Coordinating domestic and international freight, couriers and deliveries
· Receiving, issuing and organising goods within the warehouse
· Maintaining accurate inventory records and completing regular stock counts
· Operating a forklift and coordinating deliveries to project sites
· Supporting procurement activities and liaising with suppliers
· Completing inventory transactions and maintaining records in MYOB
· Act as the onsite contact for office and facilities-related matters
· Supporting onsite health and safety and firewarden activities
About you
You will be someone who enjoys variety, takes pride in keeping things organised and is comfortable working independently. You will bring a practical, proactive approach and be willing to help wherever needed.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
· Previous experience in a similar logistics, warehouse or coordination role
· Fork lift experience and a current forklift licence with an F endorsement
· Afull New Zealand Class 1 driver licence
· The physical capability to safely lift items weighing 25kg or more
· Strong organisational and time-management skills
· Confident communication and relationship-building skills
· Good computer literacy, including Microsoft 365
· Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping
· The initiative to identify and resolve issues as they arise
· The ability to work autonomously and contribute positively to a team
· Experience using MYOB or another ERP system would be valuable, as would experience in warehousing, procurement, dangerous goods handling, or the water, construction or project delivery industries.
